Hey there, this page is for fun and informative information…it’s a blog about mortgage and credit stories other sites have put together that I was a source for. Two reasons why this is cool.
Number 1. If you and I feel it’s a good fit to work together you can brag about working with a “world famous mortgage guy”. (It’s cooler than “mortgage guy” on it’s own, don’t you think?).
Number 2. If you are self employed or in a profession where publicity is key, I will share with you how to quickly and easily get publicity very easily. If you are interested give me a call at 651.210.9593. You need to call me on this, not email. Why? Because it’s a test to see if you qualify, that’s why!
Ok, so anyways, you could google me and find I have been on a bunch of really diverse sites. But here they are:
First one, a site that is sort of a mixed bag of stuff. I think they wrote a bunch of articles and then put them out for the world to read and share and if you happen to click on a google ad word, they make a couple bucks…pretty simple. http://mortgage.lovetoknow.com/Slash_Your_Mortgage
Next up, http://www.careersandcolleges.com/tp2/cnc/articles/view.do?cat=life-after-college&article=buying-your-first-home
Number three: http://www.bankingmyway.com/real-estate/mortgages/smart-way-use-adjustable-rate-mortgages
Number four is a “biggie” AOL’s real estate section, cool, huh? http://realestate.aol.com/article/credit/_a/credit-red-flags/20090511002
There was also the piece that Growing Wealth Magazine did but their website has been blocked by google for being a “hack” site. i.e. you go there and you get spammed. or worse…luckily, another site picked up the story too…and here it is http://www.estateofthings.com/?p=45
We’ll take a break from reading because I know it can be “stressful” on the eyes, so here is a video I did in front of about 75 real estate agents awhile back…it was during that phase where I was going to try and get Lasik Surgery, so don’t mind the glasses

Lucky number seven is a good read and here http://hamptonroads.com/2008/04/those-smallscreen-makeovers-look-inviting-real-life-messier
This is a fun article I penned all by myself at the “self help” website http://www.selfgrowth.com/articles/Protecting_Your_Credit_During_Divorce.html
A not so fun topic, but important read if you are involved in a divorce http://www.divorce360.com/divorce-articles/finance/general/finances-after-the-break-up.aspx?artid=485&page=2
We are up to number ten: And it’s a big one. TheStreet.com. Click here: http://www.thestreet.com/print/story/10397057.html
